We collect data necessary for the service: account ID, email address, name or nickname, profile photo and bio (optional), billing information (managed by Stripe), purchase and sales history, messages exchanged on the platform, and notification preferences. Creators may also provide a bank account (Stripe) or PayPal address to receive their revenue.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to provide and secure the service, process payments, manage subscriptions and sales, respond to support and comply with our legal obligations. Processing is based on contract performance, your consent (notifications, cookies where applicable) and compliance with our legal obligations.
4. Hosting and processors
Data is hosted and processed via GDPR-compliant providers (Supabase, Stripe, application host). Payments and banking data are managed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
5. Retention period
Account and activity data is retained while the account is active, then according to legal deadlines (accounting, disputes). You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and portability of your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to formio.forms@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
