1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the Formio platform, an online course marketplace. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Description of the service
Formio allows creators to publish, sell and promote courses (video, PDF, content) and buyers to purchase access to these courses. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Creator or Pro subscription gives access to additional features (statistics, boosts, Pro badge).
3. Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the information provided on your account and the content you publish. Courses must comply with applicable law and must not harm third parties. Formio reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach.
4. Payments and refunds
Course purchases are between the buyer and the creator. Creator revenue is paid according to the configured methods (Stripe bank account and/or PayPal). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for any request.
5. Modifications
Formio may modify these terms. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
